This is a complete chrome Elliptical Light Bar Kit.  This Elliptical Light Bar Kit is made by Show Chrome and offers all the features and benefits of a low profile light bar. They are designed with cast aluminum housings permanently attached to a formed steel tube without welds. All wiring is routed internally for a clean custom look. The Elliptical Driving Lights come with 55 watt halogen bulbs and include: a light bar, mounting plate, mounting hardware, wire harness, switch and relay. When using OEM turn signals, driving light kits will require turn signal relocation inserts (B55-122T) sold separately.  Make sure they see you coming from both the brite 3 1/2" lights and the awesome chrome on this light bar.  B55-332
