This is a pair of leather lace up lever covers.  They are made from man made leather and install easily with the lacing that is provided.  The lever cover measures 1 3/4" x 4 1/2" and adds comfort to your cruisers levers.  The fringe measures 12" long giving you that classic cruiser look.
